Across the lane from Graeme's House is a charming one-bedroom suite with selcuded, private patio available from June 23 - August 31. It is suitable for one or two couples, or a family of 4 or 5. It features a self-catered fully equipped kitchen, telephone, cable TV, and weekly maid service.

Rates vary according to the number of people in the party, and the length of stay.

For double occupancy:

$135 per night
$795 per week
$2750 per month

There will be a small extra charge for more than two people staying in the suite. The price varies depending on the length of stay. Children under 12 stay for $10 per night.

It is suitable for one couple, with the possibility of an extra person in the loft.

$125 per night [2 night minimum]
$750 per week
$2350 per month

Extra person: $10 / night.
